General Terms & Conditions
- A SkyCity Auckland Custom Gift Voucher can be used to make purchases at the specified SkyCity Auckland hotel, restaurant, bar, or Sky Tower(including Sky Tower admission). Occasion and SkyCity Auckland vouchers can be redeemed at any hotel, restaurant, bar, or the Sky Tower. Gift vouchers cannot be used for online purchases for Huami pick up, Fed to go, or Sucre by SkyCity. Vouchers are also not redeemable for the SkyJump, SkyWalk or East Day Spa.
- Redemption of Gift Vouchers is subject to availability of rooms/products/services offered at the SkyCity Auckland venues included in the Gift Voucher and close out periods may apply.
- Each Gift Voucher:
* expires three years from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance on that Gift Voucher will be forfeited;
* may be used progressively until the full dollar value is redeemed;
* cannot be used for the purposes of gaming; and
* is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional cash. - No change will be given and any balance that remains on the Gift Voucher can only be used against future purchases.
- SkyCity is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers and reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Voucher where it reasonably suspects that that Gift Voucher (or any amount on it) may have been stolen or otherwise illegally obtained.
- SkyCity reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher or its gift voucher programme for any reason with notice. In such case, contact us via info@shop.skycityauckland.co.nz and the balance available on any valid and unexpired Gift Voucher will be refunded to you.
- SkyCity reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
- SkyCity will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher or any unforeseen system failure.
- The purchase or use of a Gift Voucher implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- A credit card surcharge of 1.8% will apply to the purchase of a SkyCity Gift Voucher.

General Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “General Terms and Conditions”) apply to the contractual relationship between, on the one hand, Business Name (“Business Name”) and, on the other hand (i) a buyer of a gift voucher (“the Buyer”) on gift shop website address (“the Site”) and (ii) the holder of a gift voucher (“the Recipient”). The Buyer and the Recipient are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “the Customer”.
The gift voucher (“Gift Voucher”) allows the Recipient to apply an amount up to the outstanding balance of the Gift Voucher as credit to the cost of any reservation services in respect of Business Name that are available on the Site (hereinafter, collectively, the “Services”).
Prior to purchasing any Gift Voucher on the Site, the Buyer declares (i) that said Buyer is acting for his/her own personal purposes and for any purpose in connection with a business activity of the Buyer or otherwise; and (ii) the Buyer has the full legal capacity to accept these General Terms and Conditions.
The Buyer is invited to carefully read these General Terms & Conditions, prior acceptance of which is mandatory for the purchase of a Gift Voucher on the Site. Buyers are advised to save and print these General Terms & Conditions using the standard functionalities of their browser and computer. Business Name has the right to cancel a completed order or annul the purchase without making any repayment of compensation to the Buyer if these General Terms & Conditions have been breached.
